1 lb lean ground round
2 (14 ounce) cans black beans, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes in liquid
1 (1 ounce) chili seasoning packet
reduced-fat sour cream (optional)
1.) In a medium skillet, brown the meat, adding 2 teaspoons chili seasonings while beef browns. Drain meat and return to the skillet.
2.) Add black beans and frozen corn. Add the can of tomato sauce and the can of diced tomatoes.
3.) Stir together and add another 2 teaspoons chili seasonings. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat.
4.) Serve and top with a spoonful of sour cream, if desired.
