16 ounces low-fat ricotta cheese
1 package sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake flavored pudding mix
2 Tablespoons skim milk
1.) In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients with a wire whisk. Refrigerate until ready to eat!
*Serving suggestion: scoop a serving into a parfait glass and top with fresh pineapple or raspberries.
