Ingredients

3/4 cup water

1 1/2 Tablespoon quick-cooking farina

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Directions

1.) Put water in microwave dish; microwave for 1 minute.

2.) Add farina and stir with a fork or whisk (farina will absorb the water). Add protein powder and mix well. Enjoy!
