Aundreal's Story
The LAP-BAND® has changed my life. I had got to the point where I was not able to live a normal life and enjoy it the way I should at 31 years old. I was not able to play with my two boys and I had tried every diet I came across with the same end results. I usually put on 10-15 lbs. I wore a size 22 in ladies clothes.
After my banding, in less than a year, I am now down to size 8 - 10. Last week I bought the first bikini I have ever owned in my life and my self confidence has sky rocketed. My husband loved me when I was overweight but my new attitude and outlook on life has really amazed him. I will say this it is not a diet and it is not always easy but at the end of the day it is all worth it. My weight loss has slowed down a little at this point but that is normal. I have to work those pounds off but I am able to do that now. You have to make smart food choices and it is a lifestyle change but you can do it. I did.
