After LAP-BAND® System surgery, you don't need to confine yourself to the bed or the couch. In fact, most doctors recommend walking for 5 or 10 minutes every hour or two during the day. Talk with your doctors about when it's okay to go back to work. Lyn Donley, who had LAP-BAND® System surgery three years ago, worked from home for the first three days post-op.
