Don't Forget Your Pre-Op Photo Op

People who have had LAP-BAND® System surgery say that everyone ought to take a picture before their procedure. In fact, some surgery clinics actually make this part of the pre-op visit. This way, when you're feeling like you haven't lost "much" yet, you can compare a current photo to that "before" shot and really see the changes in your physique. To take a good "before" photo, use a digital camera, stand against a plain background by yourself, wear something that shows your shape (but be modest-no underwear showing!), and stand naturally (no silly poses). Remember: You may want to post the photo later.
