As you watch excess pounds slowly melt away, you may be wondering how to dissolve cellulite too. Advertisers would have you believe that certain creams can erase cellulite, but that's simply not possible. The dimpled skin on hips, thighs, and buttocks is caused by factors that creams can't remedy: weight gain, genes, hormonal changes.1 However, creams can mask cellulite temporarily by swelling the area so bumps aren't as obvious.2 For a longer-lasting solution, continue eating nutritiously and follow an exercise plan that includes both aerobics and strength training.3
