Who'd have thought that exercise and video games would be best buddies? With Wii Fit, you can choose from more than 40 exercises, including yoga, balancing games, strength training, and aerobics. Part of the program guides you through exercises, while other options allow you to play games such as walking a tightrope or skiing down a slalom course. To play, you stand on a balance board that senses your movements. The program also allows you to measure your weight and body mass index.
