Feel like your LAP-BAND® System gets a bit tighter when you're stressed? (Most people find that it does.) To ease anxiety, add some meditation to your day. For about 10 minutes in the morning and again in the evening, sit in a comfortable position in a quiet room. Take a few deep breaths and relax your muscles.
