Sleep Soundly, on Any Side

Rate This Resource
Don't worry about trying to get into a comfortable sleep position after LAP-BAND® System surgery. While some patients may feel a little discomfort when sleeping on their stomachs, most do not. For those who do, the feeling usually passes within a month. You may naturally migrate to sleeping on your side for a while until stomach sleep feels comfortable again. And no matter what shut-eye position you like, it's safe to sleep on any side after surgery.
