Hungry Between Meals? It May Be Time for a Fill

If you're getting hungry less than two or three hours after a meal and find that your weight loss has slowed down, it may be time for a band adjustment. "Be sure first that you're eating at recommended times, in recommended amounts," says Cincinnati, Ohio-based bariatric dietitian Erin Hurst, RD/LD. "If you're eating two large meals a day and skipping breakfast, you're going to get pretty hungry! On the other hand, if you're eating right and are constantly hungry, it's probably time for a fill."
